Other than New york where in the United states is the best place to go clothes shopping?

I'm planning on going on a shopping trip to America in September but have been to New York too many times for me to go again.So which State would offer good shopping, great deals and decent weather?

1. no offense but who goes looking all over the world to get cloths , i can understand people have to stay fresh but going state is a little too much
2. u have to go to los angeles because its almost always 70 or 80 degrees and go to hollywood blvd or just go to any mall pretty much cool clothes and they are pretty cheap too

8. definetly Los Angeles! We have upscale shopping ( melrose, rodeo, southcoast plaza, beverly center) and we have bargain shopping (swapmeet, downtown, girly boutiques etc.) depends on what your looking for. I am also a shopaholic and Ive shopped in Chicago, New york, Atlanta etc. and I prefer shopping in Southern CA the most. The only downside about shopping here is if your looking for heavy winter gear u may be out of luck because it doest get very cold here. So theres not a huge selection of heavy coats that you may find on the east coast. But other than that you will have many choices of great shopping and bargains and they also have outlets where you can get high-end name brands such as gucci, prada etc. at really low prices! try deserthillspremiumoutlets.com If u consider leaving the country for future shopping excursions, try China or Tokyo! its amazing
9. Definitely should check out Chicago! Lots of shopping on Michigan Ave not to mention the 100's of cute neighborhood shops all through the city & also Old Orchard & Woodfield Mall.
